AMNS International School successfully conducted a focused workshop, "Navigating Between Virtual and Real-life Identity and Psychology of Goal Setting," for Grades 10 and 12 (March 17-20, 2025). The School Counsellors Dr. Bhumika Pant and Mr. Milan Dodia led the sessions, addressing key aspects of adolescent development in today's digital world and introducing effective strategies for personal growth.
Students actively explored their online and offline pressure, gaining crucial awareness of the psychological impact of digital interactions and promoting responsible online behaviour. The workshop also provided practical tools for effective goal setting, emphasizing mindset, motivation, self-belief, and time management.
The core objective was to equip students with essential skills for self-awareness, authentic living, and achieving their aspirations. Positive feedback highlighted students' improved understanding of online identity and practical goal-setting methods.
This initiative reflects AMNS International School's commitment to empowering students with vital life skills for success in the digital age and beyond, fostering their holistic development and preparing them to confidently navigate an interconnected world.
