Withdrawal Rules

  1. Transfer certificate will not be issued until all dues are settled.
  2. Parent who intend to withdraw their ward/s from the school at the end of session, must do so in writing on or before 31st March.
    If the office does not receive any intimation in writing, it shall be deemed that the student shall be continuing in the next session. Under no circumstances can the above rule be circumvented.
  3. Only on receipt of written notice, request for withdrawal shall be considered.
  4. One clear month’s notice in writing or a month’s fee in lieu of such notice must be given before pupil is withdrawn. Any excess amount paid by the parent shall be refunded to them after adjustment of notice fees.
  5. If a student cancels his/her admission after the admission confirmation and the pupil has not attended school for a single day, admission fee along with one month fee will be deducted from the amount paid by the parent and the rest will be refunded.
  6. If a student cancels his/her admission after the admission confirmation and the admission has been withdrawn before 31st March of that particular year, admission fee will be deducted from the amount paid by the parent and the rest will be refunded.
  7. If the office does not receive any intimation in writing, parents have to pay full fee till the date of written application along with the applicable notice fee.
  8. Parents who intend to withdraw the bus facility for their ward/s have to give one clear calendar months’ notice in writing failing to which they have to pay full fee of the month.
  9. If a student shifts from township to surat vise-a-versa, then also one clear calendar months’ notice must be given in writing.
  10. If a parent takes admission for his/her ward anytime during the academic session, then he/she has to pay fee for the full session. (In case the child has attended the session in some other school, the parent has to submit the receipt of the fee paid in the previous school for any fee waiver of that month/period.)
