AMNSIS MUN 5.0 Organized Successfully

AMNSIS MUN 5.0 got an overwhelming response from 82 students of classes 6-12. Three committees namely UNW, DISEC and UNHRC discussed and debated topics such as women leadership and representation at political and economic forums, threat to human rights and measures to promote demilitarization of Korean peninsula.

The participants were trained on the procedure of the MUN by the members of the chair before the conference. The Executive Board also released a 'Brochure' of the conference for the students.

The sessions had intense debates and discussions after which resolutions were passed. The Executive Board displayed excellent knowledge of the agenda and conducted the sessions in a formal and disciplined manner exhibiting great leadership skills. The International Press also displayed their writing skills through reports and cartoons.
